How to Hide App in Realme?

Realme smartphones provide options to hide apps, allowing you to keep certain apps private and out of sight. Follow these steps to hide apps on your Realme device:

  1. Access the App Drawer: Swipe up from the home screen to open the app drawer. This will display all the installed apps on your Realme smartphone.
  2. Tap and Hold the App: Locate the app you want to hide and tap and hold its icon. This will activate the edit mode, and you may see options appearing at the top or bottom of the screen.
  3. Select “Hide App” or Equivalent: Look for the “Hide App” option or a similar option specific to your Realme device. Tap on it to mark the selected app for hiding.
  4. Confirm the Action: After selecting the “Hide App” option, you will typically be prompted to confirm the action. Read the confirmation message and tap on the appropriate button to proceed.
  5. Enter Security Credentials (if required): Realme devices may ask you to enter a PIN, pattern, or fingerprint to authenticate the hiding of the app. Provide the required security credentials to confirm the hiding process.
  6. View Hidden Apps: To access hidden apps, go back to the home screen or app drawer and swipe down with two fingers. This will open the hidden space or app hiding area on your Realme device.
  7. Unhide Apps (if needed): If you want to unhide or make a previously hidden app visible again, access the hidden space by swiping down with two fingers, locate the hidden app, tap and hold its icon, and select the “Unhide” or equivalent option.
  8. Disable Hidden Space (optional): If you no longer want to use the hidden space feature, you can disable it. Go to the device settings, search for “Hidden Space” or a similar option, and turn off the toggle switch.

Remember that the steps to hide apps may vary slightly depending on the specific model of your Realme smartphone and the version of the operating system it is running.
